The apartment owner lives in the unit and will be living during your stay. She will help if needed. She is a therapist and coach mother of 2 adult sons, looking to rent for 1500 (1p) and 2000 (2p) the WEEK.
...Ver mais The private Bed room has a queen size bed with storage drawers underneath (sheets and pillows will be provided); two bed side tables with reading lights, lots of storage for clothes and personal items; a big window and double door to the L shape long balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the summer days or read a book in the sun. You can see Vasco da Gama bridge where the WYD arena will be under. There is also a flat screen tv to lock your portable P or Mac.
The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need. Remodeled bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Towels will be provided. The kitchen is equiped with refrigerator (you will be given shelves for your food), stove, dish washer, washing machine and dryer.
The living room is cozy with a fake leather sofa, a tv, a dinning table and chairs, with double door windows to a wooden sofá in the L shape long balcony. This is also the Plants little corner.Wireless fast and free wifi! The property is a small family place, its cozy, has great calm energy.
Very close to the WYD arena.
Metro station: 5 minutes away (right in the end of the street)and two metro stations away from the Airport. You are 15,20 minutes away walking distance from the arena, the river and the green parks in the area (Parque das Naes). There you can find great restaurants and coffee shops by the river. Parks all around the building; you have convenience stores around the block and supermarkets 5 minutes away. ATMs nearby as well, in the main street and stationery stores around the central park.
